   Sometimes even the gentlest cleanser dries out my skin but this toner provides a very good first step of hydration to my skin. I am also very sensitive to smell. This product has no additional fragrance but once you take it out on your hand and try to smell you.

   Received my bottle a few hours back. Applied it on my palm first and then on my face. Fragrance lasts for a few seconds only and then fades away. Apart from that it felt just like water. I didn't realize any tingling, cooling or any other effect (good or bad) so far.So that is my first impression. It is yet to be seen how it works as a toner.

   I love this toner. It doesn't leave my skin feeling sticky or oily. Sinks in nicely. No strong scent and my skin does feel better. Have used various toners on my skin which is oily and prone to hormonal acne. I can layer on a serum after this without skin feeling overloaded so definitely getting this more often.

   My skin is dry as hell and this does not irritate it despite using it every morning. I just wish it was thicker and not so watery because I pat it on my face without cotton. You could use it 2X a day for quicker results but I have not tried that yet.
