Indie Circle is run by KCN Life Private Limited ("The Indie Earth", "we"). By joining, you ("partner") agree to these terms.
1. Joining
Membership is by approval only. We may approve, decline, pause or end any partnership at our discretion. Joining is free.
2. How you earn
You earn a commission on orders placed through your partner link (within 30 days of the click, last click wins) or with your partner code (a code always credits its owner). Commission is calculated on the amount paid for products after all discounts. A few products may be excluded; your dashboard shows what you earn on each product. Shipping, cash-on-delivery fees, GST and other charges are excluded. Rates depend on your tier, which is based on delivered orders in the last 30 days, or on a flat amount per unit for some products, as shown in your dashboard.
3. When commission is paid
Commission stays pending until the order is delivered and 15 days have passed. Cancelled, returned, refunded, undelivered or fraudulent orders do not earn commission, and partial refunds reduce it. You can request a payout when your available balance is at least ₹1,000. Payouts are made to your verified UPI ID or bank account. A valid PAN is required, and tax (TDS) is deducted where the law requires.
4. Not allowed
Buying through your own link or code, or for your household; posting your code on coupon or deal websites; paid search ads on "The Indie Earth" brand terms; spam; fake reviews; misleading or medical claims; and pretending to be The Indie Earth. Commission from such activity is cancelled and the account may be closed.
5. Honest content
You must clearly disclose the partnership on every post where you earn (for example #ad, #collab or #sponsored) as required by ASCI guidelines. Only use product claims from our approved content kit. Do not say products cure, treat or prevent any disease, or promise specific results.
6. Your data
We use your details to run the program, ship products to you, pay you and meet tax laws. We do not sell your data. Contact connect@theindieearth.com for any request.
7. Free products and content rights
Free review products are a gift for creating honest content; they cannot be exchanged for cash. After you post about a free product you must add the post link in your portal.
When you claim free products, you agree to this content license: “You grant The Indie Earth (KCN Life Private Limited) a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, and advertise any content you create about their products (including photos, videos, voice, name, and social media handle). They may feature this media across all digital platforms, social channels, websites, and marketplaces indefinitely and without further payment.”
8. Changes
We may update these terms, rates or tiers. We will tell you by e-mail before changes apply to future sales.
